JSI Quality Assurance
Quality is built into our instruments at each stage of the manufacturing process.
Furthermore, they are subject to a final inspection process which includes:
Comparison with a master sample to insure identity and pattern consistency.
Calliper and micrometer measurements of critical dimensions.
Function is tested to ensure performance is up to standard.
Surface audits to detect imperfections, unwanted sharp edges, burrs or scratches as well as other irregularities.
This is to prevent sharp edges or burrs which could snag or tear rubber gloves and jeopardize safety.
Tungsten carbide inserts are inspected to make sure the tips have been properly soldered.
Corrosion and hardness tests are performed to guarantee functionality and longevity of our instruments.
Proper manufacturer labelling on instrument or packaging.
Regular checks for material and hardness certification are also conducted.
